Meet Eileen Deadwiler
I am Eileen Deadwiler—author, speaker, ordained lay pastor, and founder of Pearable Consulting, LLC. My life’s work is rooted in faith, obedience, and a deep commitment to guiding women through seasons of transition with spiritual clarity and purpose.
With a background in business management and Christian theology, I bring both structure and spiritual discernment to the work I do. My ministry journey has included worship leadership, teaching biblical foundations, producing church events, and leading prayer initiatives that foster community and transformation.
