Meet Eileen Deadwiler
I am Eileen Deadwiler author, speaker, ordained lay pastor, and founder of Pearable Consulting, LLC. My life’s work is rooted in faith, obedience, and a deep commitment to guiding women through seasons of transition with spiritual clarity and purpose.
With a background in business management and Christian theology, I bring both structure and spiritual discernment to the work I do. My ministry journey has included worship leadership, teaching biblical foundations, producing church events, and leading prayer initiatives that foster community and transformation.
During a season of global uncertainty, I answered a divine prompting to gather women in prayer creating sacred virtual spaces that became lifelines of faith and connection. That call continues today through prayer calls, retreats, and written resources designed to remind women that the “in-between” is not a place of delay, but preparation.
My heart is to help women move from passive waiting to intentional faithtrusting God with every unresolved space and stepping forward with confidence in His timing.
My Calling & Purpose
This ministry was born from lived experience, prayer, and a deep burden for women who feel stuck between what was and what’s next. I believe God meets us most powerfully in the middle when we’re listening closely, surrendering deeply, and learning to trust His process.
Everything here is designed to create room for God to speak, heal, and restore—without pressure, performance, or comparison.
